STORE POLICY, TERMS, SHIPPING, RETURNS, & REFUNDS Return and Refund Policies: Personal Protection Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. A Return Authorization number is required for any return. Returns will not be accepted unless credit card purchases have already posted or checks or money orders have cleared the bank. The following conditions apply: Shipping is non refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. A twenty five per cent (25%) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without wear). Books must be clean with no writing or bent pages, clothing must be unworn, in new condition, and other items must be in new, unused condition. CD's and DVD's are tested prior to shipment and if opened are not returnable under any circumstances. Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $10.00 or more. Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. Shipping Policies: Shipping to and from Personal Protection Inc. is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $150.00, we offer FREE ground shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured.
